Refund policy
We are a return friendly business however we would like to advise you the few steps you need to take in count for receiving a full and not a partial refund when your item arrives and is inspected:
merchandise returned must:
- Be the same that you ordered from us (all items we ship are X-ray scanned with new technology before shipped and a shipment number is created along with the scan photograph showing at an almost microscopic level the characteristics of the item shipped, all of this in order to avoid fraud)
- Be in the same exact condition as you received it, clearly not used, and with all the implements that came with it and that are recorded in our system as shipped.
- Be returned in a box and cushioned as you received it.
As long as all of these are met, you will receive a full refund.
